Fiesta Americana Cancun Villas

Very large 2 bedroom villa with an exceptional view of the pool and ocean. Large main balcony and with small balconies for each bedroom. Spacious living and full kitchen area. The premises were clean and the villa cleaned daily.

The room was spacious. Friendly staff. Has a pool with a restaurant. Beach access is not great but it does have it. Kids had a great time playing the pool and beach.

This is a beautiful hotel! Close to plenty of restaurants and bars and has its own wonderful restaurants. It is right on the water with a beautiful beach and pool and the staff is very kind and attentive. They have tons of activities every day like bingo, karaoke, etc. Genuinely cannot get over how good the service was. They were so patient with us as we did not speak Spanish. Luis, Emanuel, Miguel, Grace, and Pamela really stood out with their exceptional service. I would absolutely seek them out if you visit. We didn’t spend much time in the room, but the beds are comfortable, everything is clean, and there is good AC! I would really recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The room was comfortable with a balcony facing the beach and the swimming pool. Great to have a restaurant right next to the beach serving buffet meals.

I booked this hotel at the last minute since my other reservation got canceled just before my travel and it was still good value. The room is super large and has its own kitchen and everything you could need, the furniture looks a bit outdated but everything is functional. The rooms are cleaned every day if you don't wish otherwise. The people in the reception were in general ready to help. The beach is beautiful so there was nothing to complain about.
